You may return any items (in new condition) sold and fulfilled by Highlands Ministries within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

If any item is received broken or unplayable, the ministry will replace that product at no charge.
