The sovereignty of God is not just a doctrine. It is instead a promise. It is not merely something we study, but it is something we rest in. For the Almighty One is our Father, who art in heaven. We, His beloved children, ought to come freely, wrapping our little fingers around His strong right arm, as we ask with hope and confidence, "How Strong Is He?" Our great and powerful Father has not only adopted us, but spoken to us in His Word. In this study we consider what our Father has revealed to us. We scan the very scope of reality, resting in the knowledge that He is almighty over all, that not only can nothing defeat Him, but that all things, in the end, find their beginning in Him.
